Antibacterial Cleaner
A NON CONTAMINATED FLUID WILL GIVE A
BETTER PERFORMANCE!
The ANTIBACTERIAL CLEANER is a liquid with germicide for both machine and coolant. The ANTIBACTERIAL CLEANER, not only eliminates film and deposit generating bad odors, but also helps clean the system before filling with new coolant. The life of the coolant depends of the cleanliness of the machinery; a non contaminated fluid will give a better performance.

Directions for use
1. Completely empty the system, collect all detritus from the tank. Fill with water at 50°C to the minimum pumping level, add 3% of the antibacterial cleaner and circulate for 4 to 12 hours. Drain the system and fill with new coolant. This method is the ideal one.
2. Often, the production cannot be stopped for cleaning. Then, you could add 2% of the antibacterial cleaner to your system and circulate 1 to 2 days before draining. However, the coolant has a loss of lubricating property with this method.
3. When your system is relatively clean, a treatment of 1% of the antibacterial cleaner once a week will keep it sound.
